We consider your nonpublic personal information to be private and
confidential. AES is permitted by law to share this information
with our Clearing Brokers, either JP Morgan Clearing Corp. (JPMCC)
or Southwest Securities, Inc., depending where your account is held.
Our Clearing Brokers will not share your information with third
parties, other than under several broad exceptions. (Please refer
to Clearing Broker’s Privacy Policy.)
Sharing of Nonpublic Personal Information
With Third Parties
We will not disclose, share, distribute or sell nonpublic personal
information about you or any former customer to any nonaffiliated
third party except as required by law or permitted by laws enacted
to protect your privacy.
Our Security Practices
We protect your nonpublic personal information by maintaining physical,
electronic and procedural safeguards. We have implemented safeguards
to ensure that access to customer information is limited to employees
who may need it to service your account. Our employees are aware
of their responsibility to respect the confidentiality of your information.
