AES is permitted by law to share this information with our Clearing Brokers, either Bear, Stearns Securities Corp. or Southwest Securities, Inc., depending where your account is held. Sharing of Nonpublic Personal Information With Third Parties
We will not disclose, share, distribute or sell nonpublic personal information about you or any former customer to any nonaffiliated third party except as required by law or permitted by laws enacted to protect your privacy.
